We provide complimentary fully insured express shipping on all orders worldwide. Every diamond is insured for 100% of its invoice value from the moment it leaves our vault until it is safely received and signed for at your delivery address.

Our fulfillment timelines are structured as follows: (a) Certified Loose Diamonds: In-stock certified stones undergo final gemological inspection and are dispatched within 1 to 2 business days; (b) Custom Settings & Finished Jewelry: Handcrafted fine jewelry mountings are cast, set, and polished within 7 to 12 business days; (c) Bespoke Atelier Diamond Cuts: Custom rough growing and precision laser cutting require 14 to 21 business days with regular milestone updates.

For maximum security and surprise gifts, our outer shipping containers are completely discreet with neutral return addresses and zero indication of diamonds, jewelry, or high-value contents. Inside the tamper-evident security parcel, your diamond is presented in an illuminated luxury display case alongside its physical IGI/GIA certificate and dossier.
55. Mandatory Adult Signature & Secure Delivery
For your safety, all deliveries strictly require an in-person signature by an adult (18+ or 21+ depending on jurisdiction) with valid government-issued photo identification. Couriers are instructed never to leave parcels unattended at doorsteps, porches, or mailboxes. If you prefer, we can arrange secure 'Hold for Pickup' at your nearest authorized FedEx or UPS Ship Center.
66. International Customs, VAT & Import Duties
For international orders outside the United States, shipments may be subject to local import tariffs, customs processing fees, or Value-Added Tax (VAT) imposed by the destination country's customs authority. All official customs paperwork includes genuine certified gemological declarations for seamless clearance.
